Terms and conditions of complaints
- QUALITY COMPLAINTS
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com with a detailed description, the copy of the invoice and a photographs of the damage.
- If the required document are not submitted, the complaint will not be processed.
- If the complaint requires sending the damaged product over for an expertise, the buyer shall cover shipping costs.
- DELIVERY COMPLAINTS
- If you receive a delivery inconsistent with your order, please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Confirmed lacking items will be corrected with a credit note.
- Special order product cannot be returned.
- Product return is possible if:
- product is returned within 14 from the delivery of the parcel
- product is new, without traces of use or damage
- product has original and undamaged packaging
- Please, notify us about the returned product by e-mailing us at email@example.com
- Product is returned at Customer’s own expense.
*The condition for considering the complaint is to include a copy of the sales document.
